HEPE pipe making machine applied to produce HDPE pipes with diameters from 16mm-1200mm which is used in various industry.
HDPE pipe making machine:
Application: used to produce HDPE pipe for water supply, drainge, gas supply etc.
Features of HDPE making machine:
1. PLC touch screen control which make operation easier and intelligint.
2. adopt frequeny converison speed regulator which can save electric consumption and more free speed adjustment. Big motor power adopt DC control which is powerful and stable to produce big diameter HDPE pipes.
3. Exclusive screw for HDPE/LDPE raw material which can give good plastisizing effect to make sure good pipe quality.
4. Advanced mould and calibrator can ensure high speed stable production.
5. Optimized design with continious improvement make it lower electric consumption but higher output.
