Preface
The process flow of PPR pipe production is as following:
Loading → Direr → Single-screw Extruding → Molding → Vacuum calibration →Spraying & Pouring Cooling →Hauling-off → Cutting → Pipe stacker
This complete set of PPR pipe production line is available for different pipes which diameter 75 to 160 production, i.e. you only need to change the mould for each size pipe and the other configuration is available all the time.
A SYSTEM CONFIGURATION OF THE PRODUCTION LINE:
1. 1 set of Automatic feeding machine type ZJ-400
2. 1 set of Hopper dryer type STG-U500
3. 1 set of Single-Screw Extruder type SJ120/30
4. 1 set of Marking line co-extruder type SJ30/25
5. Moulds including the size from 75 to 250
6. 1 set of Vacuum calibration tank type ZK-250
7. 2 set of Spraying-cooling tank type PL-250
8. 1 set of Hauling off Machine type QY-250
9. 1 set of Pipe mark printer type YJ-02
10. 1 set of Pipe Cutting Machine type QG-250
11. 1 set of Pipe Stacker type FL-250
Optional unit:
12. 1 set of Plastic crusher type SWP400
