Wood plastic composite WPC pelletizing line
Practical Application:
To make WPC (PE, PP, ABS, PVC) pellets specially for extrusion.
The extrusion line with the following advantages:
i. Paralell twin-screw extrusion machine designed according to characteristics of wood and plastic(PE and PP), professional manufacturing, and stable function
ii. Good effect of mixing, plastication, etc.
iii. Able to expel moisture and gas easily because of several vents designed
iv. Big output (350-500Kg/hr)
v. Different Machines between PE+wood and PP+wood pellets( (conveyer belt transportation and cutting as the first picture below)
The pelletizing extrusion line contains the following 3 parts:
1.Measuring material feeding device
2.SHJ-75 cocurrent parallel double-screw extruder
3.The auxiliary machinery
