PVC Compounding Machine Function:
SRL-Z series high speed mixer is used for mixing of coloring for blending PVC resin with other additives,like lubricant,stabilizer etc.
This units combines hot mix and cooling mix together .After heat mixing, the material can get into cold mix automatically and exhausts remaining gasses and avoids agglomerates.
The features of mechnical parts:
Pot body adopt δ5mmSUS304 stainless steel which has very good smooth and rigid surface with features of wearable, corrosion resisting,heat risisting, no-stick with raw material
Hot mixer conver material adopt ZL102 casting aluminium with polished surface
Hot and cooling mixer open adopt cyclinder pneumatic drive; the main shaft of hot and cold mixer adopt NSK brand which has features of reliable stable working performance.
Hot and cooling sealing adopt silicon rubber sealing with reliable sealing effect and not deformation even at high temperature.
Mixer stir blade must strictly pass dynamic balance testing which can low running noise and improve use lifespan.
