SRL-Z Series Mixer is mainly used for compounding, mixing, coloring dry of PVC, PP, PE etc.
SRL-Z Series Mixer is mainly used for compounding, mixing, coloring dry of PVC, PP, PE etc. It can also be used for mixing resin. This machine integrate hot mixing&cold mixing into one. After the hot mixing, the materal will go into the cold mixer for exhausying the remained gas and preventing blocking.
It is used in mixingdryingcoloring and other processing. it is ideal equipment for producing shaped plastic material and plastic pipes
The technology of the mainshaft sealing is given the state patent. The heating mixing has two functions: electric heating and steam heating.
Two layers of sealing technology is adopt in the pot cover. The opening of the heating mixing cover adopts the air-opening device; the opening of cooling mixing cover adopts hydraulic pressure control system.
The electric control section adopts imported famous meters, control components and programmable logic control
It is equipped with the pulse dusting device
