Application for liquid nitrogen pulverizer
This super cold pulverizer is used for grinding materials at the fineness that can't be reached at normal temperature.
Features for liquid nitrogen pulverizer
When working, its cold source form a closed-circuit circulation system, so that energy can be fully used, which means saving energy. The temperature of cold
source can be controlled to the best grinding temperature according to the material embrittlement point temperature.
And temperature of cold source can even drop to negative 196 degrees. The fineness of its outlet can be up to
700 mesh, even to micron level. It uses liquid nitrogen as grinding medium, realizing grinding materials at low degrees
without explosion or oxidation.
The process flow of liquid nitrogen pulverizer as following:
Screw conveying → mainframe for grinder→ position classification → induced draft fan→ cyclone separator→
screw discharge →automatic return piping → electric control cabinet(all materials are stainless steel 304)
Technical requirements for liquid nitrogen pulveizer
1.After the liquid nitrogen cooling down the raw material, grinding will be made continuously.
2.When the size for the raw material after grinding is less than 20mm,it feeds continuously.
3. The principle for the grinding is turbo mill.
4. The fineness is 40 to 325 mesh and the fineness can be adjustable by frequency conversion.
5.Dimension:1800*1200*1800mm
6.The fixed blades and the rotary blades for the grinder should be easily dismantled, repaired and
changed.
7.Static electric guiding device should be installed for the grinder.
