Product Introduction:
Performance: like the steel band, the extending rate can be adjusted according to the customers’ requirements, not easy for rupture; don’t need steel button, tidy appearance, and variety of colors. Accord with the foreign standard of no social effects of pollution in packing materials because it can use recycled materials, for which this kind of strap band belongs to environment-protection products.
Features:
1)Adopts advanced CSW-800 comby dehumidify dryer system. It make sure the material humidity≤80PPM at -50°C dew point. Meanwhile, it compact material and increase the viscidity.
2)Adopts closed cycle transport system after dryer to avoid contact with outside air and make sure the material be dry continuously.
3)Extruder adopts special screw for PET. The screw has unique separate and mix property to make sure uniform plasticizing. The screw suitable for recycled PET bottle flakes, PET mixture and original PET material. And the extruder adopts ration forced feeding to make sure the stable extruding. It makes sure the product uniform.
4)Produce different model product at one die and mould. Adopts hydraulic screen exchanger without material leak.
5)Static cooling roller replace the water cooling tank. The roller will cool the strap at the constant temperature. It improves the product’s stretch intensity
