Brief introduction of XPS foam board extrusion line:

XPS foamed board production line, also named as XPS heat insulation boards extrusion line or XPS heat insulation sheet(plate) extrusion line, is one of our new hi-tech products developed on the basis of international advanced technology.
XPS foam extrusion board is one kind of good insulating materials with continuous even surface and beehive structure. XPS board has superior advantages of good heat preservation, heat insulation, waterproof and high compression resistance. XPS boards have been widely used in the fields of heat preservation and insulation for roof, outer wall, low temperature storage facilities and road construction projects.

Aidabatic property  

XPS board was filled carbon fluoride, lowest thermal conductivity(0.008 kcl/mh BC), into the micro closed cell structure, so they
are the lowest thermal conductivity in the adiabatic materials.

Self-extinguish property

XPS board has self-extinguishing without fire. But they are not non-flammable material, so must care of storage or high temperature in field.

Various indentation hardness

XPS board are close ell structure, so they gas a various indentation hardness from 1.0kg/cm2 to 5.0kg/cm2, For this reason customer can choose and use suitable product in the operating parts at construction. And the limits of choice wide than other products, they are using a special place like as rooftop, parking floor, aircraft runway, expressway, cold storage warehouse.

Operation and processing

XPS board does not break and can cut by saw knife, can easy attach by special glue of nails, So they can reduce cost and operating term than other insulation board.

Anti-erosion property

XPS board was made of polyethylene as natural high-molecule material. They cannot erode or decay and moulds or insects cannot live in the material, so they are very sanitary.

 Anti-we, anti-water property

XPS board was a continues micro closed cell structure, water or the wet cannot infiltrate to the material. (Thermal conductivity of water is 0.5kcl/mh BC, if insulation board be adsorbed by water, they has no use in insulation board.)
