A. General description PET Strapping band production line :
Our PET strap production line, which has broken through the traditional craft route,takes 100% bottle slices for raw materials without any other complement, adopts the advance technology to produce all kinds of polyester straps directly in a economical cost.
B. Features PET Strapping band production line:
1) PET raw materials do not need dry and water treatment separately. There is an automatic circulation on preheating and drying, which saves lots of equipment investment and reduces the production cost by 30%
2) Uses the recycling bottle slices as raw materials directly, which reduces the course of raw material-making
3) With the multi-purpose machine, it can produce PET straps in different specifications directly and doesn't need to change the mould head
4) The products has the same transparency as made from new polyester slices, but the tensile strength and shock resistance are stronger
5) Low energy consumption, high production capability
6) Easy to operate, saves manpower: 2 people for one production line on average.
