Double single-shaft shredder 

General description  waste plastic shredder machine:

1. This new design double shaft shredder is more efficient than single shaft shredder and even common double shaft shredder when working on cable. The shafts will not be stuck by material, and the final size of shredded scraps is smaller than what you can get from single shaft shredder and common double shaft shredder.

2. Shredded cable scraps can be feed directly in washing line or pelletizing line, no need further crushing.

A. The new design double shaft shredder consists of two single shafts, which is like single shaft shredder, but different from common double shaft shredder.

B. Adopted advanced technologies, this kind of machine can be used for shredding plastic film, rubber products, wove bag, fiber, paper, wood, waste junks in the die, large plastic pipe, packing buckets and splints of the fork lift truck and even more rigid material, such as nylon, ABS, PC high-strength engineering plastic. C. Rotating blade on the shaft has 4 cutting edges, which can be disassembled and used in turn by rotating to 90degree. This will reduce your time on sharpening the blades
