Description of polyethylene pellet machine
This machine can dry the film flake immediately. Equipped with rotating
screw, special reduction gear box, which could dewater and drythe film flakes.
The machine adopts Taiwan and Italian techniques.
Features of polyethylene pellet machine
1. This machine is our new designed machine, made by the advanced Italian techniques, specially screw pressing design;
2. It is equipped with electric control cabinet, feeder mouth is easy to control the die-
face cutting effect;
3. This machine is especially for plastic film, plastic bags, woven bags, Jumbo bags.
Solve the drying problem in the past.
4. Instead of the dewatering machine, hot blower in the recycling lineand energy saving equipment.
5.Dries the plastic film material by squeezing mechanically. Final mositure content
≤1%
6. By transferring the dirty material to the squeezing machine after the washing phase. The humidity of the material is minimized via the squeezing method and therefore
energy consumption for the second phase at the agglomeration machine is
minimized.
7.While the squeezing rate was at 10% on the previous models, after modifications and improvements that rate reduced to minimum levels.
Application of polyethylene pellet machine
The plastic film machine have three functions, drying, semi-melting and
cutting. It can process the film flake into loose plastic ball which is easier for
pelletizing, So its market price is much more higher than the common plastic flake
