Application
SRL-Z series mixer units is applicable for mixing,coloring and drying of various resin such as polypropylene,polyvinyl chloride etc and in the craft of engineering plastics such as ABS,polycarbonate etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing as phenolic resin.
The unit combines heating mixing and cooling mixing craft together.The materials after heating mixing can be got into cool mixer for cooling automatically ,exhaust remaining gases and prevent agglomeration.
This unit is developed by importing and absorbing advanced foreign technology.By adopting PLC control,it features high automatic level,good mixing result.Heating mixing has such functions as self-friction,and electric heating,The vane has passed the test of dynamic and static equilibrium. The cover adopts double concave-convex seal.Main axis seal adopts special tech of our company,also equipped with pulse dust catching device.Cooling mixer absorbed slowdown tech from overseas,adopts direct slowdown device,overcomes the deadly weakness causing by use of retarder.that makes it running smoothly even more.This machine has come up to the same kind of product level in the world.That is an ideal equipment for producing plates and special-shaped material etc.

The unit is used in mixing various materials mixing,drying of different materials in the field of plastics,rubber,daily chemical industry and so on.It is an ideal choice for you to produce plastics,pipe,special-shaped material and degradation plastic.The unit is developed by importing and absorbing overseas technology.mixing adopts negative pressure mixing principle.The electric equipment and meters all adopt imported famous brand.By adopting PLC control,it features high automatic level,good mixing result.The vane is made of stainless steel pressure die cast,and has passed the test of dynamic and static equilibrium.Especially the vane of the cooling machine adopts the spiral agitation.That makes the whole room no dead angle,quickening the cooling speed and discharging cleanly.The mixing result has come up to international advantage level.

Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
◊ After informed machines ready for inspection, customer can send engineers to our factory. Customer can also consign us to finish inspection work.
◊ After the machines are delivered to customer’s factory, please arrange preparation work for installation
◊ We will send technicians to the factory after preparation work is completed;
◊ Technicians will be responsible for guide on-site installation and testing machines
◊ Meanwhile technicians will give free training lessons to labors in customer’s factory.
◊ The customer just needs to bear expenses generated for this work, e.g. airplane tickets (round-way), residency, meals and allowance of 70USD per day for each technician.
Quantity and quality guarantee
◊ Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. We will not be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
◊ Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12months since installation finish and running.
◊ Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
