★ main purposes:
For coal mine methane (commonly known as gas) and coal dust explosion hazard areas and contains a mixture of sewage and sediment transport, coal, coal gangue, coal cinder, fibers and the like insoluble solid phase material. Also apply to construction of buildings, hospitals, residential areas, municipal engineering, traffic and construction, sewage plants, small sewage treatment and other occasions carriage containing solid particles, long fiber waste water, rainwater and sewage.

1, power supply 380V or 660V or 1140V, three-phase, 50HZ.
2, medium temperature usually does not exceed 40 ℃, PH value 5-9, medium and severe ≤11kN / m³
3, medium diameter solids should be consistent with the provisions of MT / T 671-2005, reminding special requirements when ordering.

BQS2.2kW～315kW full-lift flame-proof sewage & desilting mixing pump for mine is a high efficiency energy saving product aiming at coal mines with a mass of coal slurry according to MT/T671-2005 criterion. It is jointly developed with Jiangsu University based on the former flame-proof sewage & desilting submersible electric pump for mine. Depending on innovative design, this product acts as electromechanical integration equipment with a stirrer at the bottom of pump body to effectively transport sewage containing coal slurry and sand from coal mines. Two patented techniques of Jiangsu University are adopted in this series of product, through which the hydraulic part, i.e. impeller and volute is designed into the type of double passage with outlet width of impeller blade more than 30mm to ensure the sewage discharge capacity and blade curve of impeller is modified to ensure the non-overload performance, thus it provides convenience for users that one motor serves several purposes and modified curve saves 10% energy for users. To be capable to operate in case of little water or even waterless, this product is designed into forced cooling sandwich structure. So this series of submersible electric pump can meet the demand of coal mines. Compared with domestic similar products, this pump has features as advanced technique, outstanding performance, energy-saving.

The BQG series pneumatic diaphragm pump for mining is a new pneumatic product out of our independent innovation and development and with proprietary intellectual property right. This device is a mechanical product through the coaxial linkage of rotor and pump body and applies the vertical mechanism and down pump. Standard Q/JNAT001-2010 has been implemented. The pneumatic immersible pump for mining exhibits compact structure and is easy to move, assemble, disassemble and repair. The vortex street of pump applies efficient, energy-saving hydraulic model and specially designed impeller. This water pump is characterized by great sewerage disposal ability, large flow, high head of delivery, etc. FQW pumps are applicable to the drainage in places with hidden danger of gas and coal-dust explosion and have come into wide use in any working planes under the coal mine shafts.
