Q:What Payment terms we accept  ?

1.We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment. 

And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

It needs about 20 working days after receiving deposit.

Q: How to Install ?

1.When you receive the machine, you need to install as per user manual. 

2.Installation and training are free, but our technician’s charges of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.

Q:Voltage

We can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc. 

You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.
