Q:What Payment terms we accept ?
1.We usually accept 30% deposit by TT as deposit for regular size machine, balance before shipment.
And 50% deposit by TT as deposit for customized machine, balance before shipment.

About 20 working days after receving deposit.
Q: How to Install ?
We will guide you how to install and we will give you the user manual which come with the machine. Also we can send our technicians to help with the installation for free but their charges of freight tickets, hotels and food etc are on your account.
Q:Voltage
Usually it requires 380V, 3 phase,50-60Hz. We also can design different voltages according to your requirement, such as 220V,415V, 450V etc.
You just need to tell us your voltage value before manufacturing.
