Gernerally, if this machine is mainly used for coal charcoal powder molding, there are two kinds of materials: raw coal/charcoal powder, coal dust, coal mud, coking coal, charcoal powder; or carbonized agriculture wastes like wood, branch, rice husks, peanut shells, bagasse, cotton stalks, corn stalks, coconut shells, etc. Material requirements: material size should be less than 3mm, and the moisture content should be around 30%-40%. In order to get high density final products, you can use some binder during the production.

1. Feeding part: you can feed raw materials to the feeding mouth by manual work, you can also use a conveyor to convey the materials automatically. Onething you need to make sure is that, you should feed materials evenly into the compression rollers.

2. Transmission part: the main transmission system is: motor---triangular V-belt--reduction gears--exposed gear--compression rollers. The main machine is drived by the adjustable-speed motor, to transmit the power to the driving shaft through the v-belt, reduction gear and the shaft coupler.

3. Molding part: that is to say the main machine part, the hard core part is the compression roller. The materials are shaped by the compression rollers, clients can get different shape briquettes according to different molds.

The machine must have a balanced and stable base. If you match a screw feeder, the machine should be corresponding with the height and level of the feeder. After installation, strictly check if every parts are firm or not, check if there are sundries on the machine, add enough lubricating oil into the reducer and gear box. If every parts are normal, then start the machine to do the test. When testing the machine, checking its running direction, after make sure the right direction, empty run the machine for 30 minutes to see if there are strong noise and if the machine becomes very hot. If there have, solve the problems immediately. When the machine goes normally, prepare 300kg materials like coal powder without water, fine sands or refractory materials to polish the machine for five times, then you can begin your production. Please note: the material moisture content has great relationship with the density and demoulding of final products, thus you need to control well the water content.
