Product Application
QC11Y series hydraulic guillotine shearing machine adopt hydraulic driving system. Ironworker can cut punch all kinds of holes. Various metal plates, square bar, angle steel, round iron, flat bars, profiled bars, channel steel and joist steel can be cutted, punched and notched on the machines.
Main Features
1.All steel welded structure, vibrating treatment of aging for removal of internal stress, with good rigidity and stability
2.Intergrated hydraulic transmission system with good reliability
3.Triple support rolling guide rail to eliminate gaps of support and enhance shearing quality
4.Mechanical rear stopper with manual fine tuning, and digital indication
5.Clearance in between shearing blades adjusted by hand wheel to be quickly. accurate and convenient.
6.Upper blade holder has inward tilting structure to facilitate material feed in and also enhance of the work position.
7.Function of shearing in section, function of aligning with light
