Pet bottle crushing washing drying recycling line are build with the best materials for less wearing of the bodies of the machine and consequentially less maintenance and less lost in time. Our design team has developed a system that is matching the European standard but with a better price.
This processing step is supported by the sorting of the flakes in order to separate dust, fibres, paper and label rests.
The end product is a high-quality ground material that can be further treated and used for bottle to bottle applications, high-quality fibres and plastic strappings.
The washing line concept is based on a modular system and can be extended and adapted step by step to meet customers' demands or according to the materials to be treated.
The Pet bottle crushing washing drying recycling line have been designed for an input of up to 16,000 tons per year. An additional second washing line has been developed for PE film waste.
The process is simple:
- Dewatering and pre-washing step
- Additional sorting and metal separation step
- Wet size reduction and wet washing step
First Separation Step:
- Separation of polyolefines and PET flakes
- Hot washing step with ultra-filtrations to remove the glue from the washing water
Second Separation Step:
- Hydrocyclone separation step - drying step with following size reduction to the wanted final granule size with a residual humidity of 1%

Payment:
The buyer will pay 30% of total amount by T/T as advance, before delivery and pay 70% of total amount by T/T.
Guarantee period and after-sales services: One year.
During this guarantee period, we will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us(not include the freight). If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, we will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
