M74200K,M74225K,M74250K Vertical Spindle Surface Grinding Machine with Rotary Work Table is surface-grinding machine designed to process work pieces on the rotary work table by the circumference of the grinding wheel on the spindle.
The work table is in the use of an electromagnetic sucking device or Disc clicker; the vertical pillar and the machine tool bed are connected by the three-point position regulation system, which helps to process the work piece into inside cave shape or crown shape; the grinding wheel spindle is driven by a high-power loaded electric motor, which improves the grinding effect; the grinding wheel is in the use of even distributed trapezoid carborundum brick wheels around the circumference.
This machine is used in the surface grinding process of mass-production disc type work. In metal industries, such as pulp-whetting slices, bearings, disc type cutters, circular saw blades, automotive engine connecting rod, clutch friction plates, hydraulic pressure casting, and pump valves; in nonmetal industries, such as refractory material, ceramic, glass, silica, marble, and carbon fiber.
