This series machine mainly is used for baling cartons, cotton yarn, plastic, wood, etc. It is 

designed as horizontal structure, hydraulic transmission, electrical control. Usually the pressure 

force of this series is from 50 ton to 200ton, the efficiency is higher than the vertical structure. Also, we can produce the machine as manual binding or automatic binding according to the 

requirement.

1. PLC controlled, combined with touch screen $ visible window, real-time diagram of movements & alarm. Size of bale can be set on touch screen. 
2. Design of floating neck movable on 3 sides (left, right & up), good for distribution of pressure on 4 sides, suitable for baling of different materials. 
3. Automatic belting to increase speed of baling. 
4. Spherical connection between pushing cylinder & ram to ensure reliability & life of seals in cylinder. 
5. Dispersed cutting blades used on feeding opening to ensure high efficiency. 
6. Design of low-noise hydraulic circuit with high efficiency & low trouble rate.

5.  How about the insurance during transportation? How to deal with the responsibility?

Buyers should take the full responsibility for shortage of goods if the goods are checked 

by any custom during transportation. During transportation, if goods are missed because of 

having been detained by custom in China, all loss thus occurred should be borne by us; if 

missing or detained of goods are occurred in other country except China, all loss should be 

borne by buyers.
