10 AXIS NO CAM CNC VERSATILE SPRING FORMING MACHINE
The 10 Axis no cam cnc versatile spring forming machine can be used to produce both spring and wire-forming products from 0.2-2.5mm. Such as straight spring, tower spring, pullback spring, double twist spring, tension spring, rectangle spring, clockwork spring, fancy spring, deformed spring, flat wire spring, and various kinds of wire forming etc.
Features:
- Special camless design equipped with vinston's free arm technology, 30% or more efficient than traditional cam type spring former
- Integrated control system modules, automatic imagine inspection and alarm
- Servo driven free arm technology that allows a forming blade to move freely on an X-Y plane
- Windows based operating system
- New connecting bar adjustment design helps testing job easier and accurate running, with strong rigidity and less heat generated
