High resilient pu elastomer machine
The GZE-30 PU elastomer casting machine is designed for two unit of element. Each element unit flux is controlled by stepless speeding motor separately to get vibrational mixing ratio. Specially used for TDI/MDI pre-polymer and MOCA extender elastomer casting purpose.
Feature
- Two component dispenser
- Casting perhaps in the form of pressure (<2 bar) or vacuum (a few mbar)
- Dynamic mixing system products: turbine with variable speeds from 1000 to 6000 rpm
- The constant recycling of products using computer-aided control injection / recirculation at constant pressure provided by pneumatic valves regulating pressure: patent.
- Control of the machine using an electronic map with a constant display the basic parameters of injection (flow, temperature, pressure ...), 20 compounding the mixture in memory
- Automatic cleaning heads
- Possible flow rate from 0.5 to 3000 g / min, changes the ratio of the components.
