Features of Tungsten carbide buttons
Tungsten Carbide buttons due to its high hardness of the cemented carbide and other characteristics are widely used in mining and quarrying and cutting process, also may be placed on a heavy excavators used in bit.
Application:
For Mining Buttons: These Mining Buttons may suitable for all kind of different rock formation on both roller cone and DTH drill bits. The suggestion grade is YG6-YG8.
For Oil Filed Buttons: These Oil Buttons are used to reduce wear on rubbing surfaces found in roller cone drill bits, diamond bits, The suggestion grade is YG10-YG15
