Product Description

GTP-10 stainless steel tipping paddle for hides leather tannery

The Tipping Paddle GTP-15 is made entirely of stainlesss steel and especially designed to guaratee resistance to the kind of chemical abrasion which can be caused in the tanning processing workshop.

The drive equipment of the rotating paddle consists of an elelctricmotor and heavy-duty gear box. The rotational speed is controlled by the control panel.

The rotating paddle has six blades mounted on the shaft and side plates, all these parts are stainless steel.

The tipping paddle is suspended from two steel columns, at top of which there are supporting shafts. The movement for tipping is carried out by two hydraulic cylinders which are positioned at each side of the tipping paddle and operated by the control panel of the hydraulic unit.

The equipment is fitted with a removable stainless-steel bottom with a completely smooth surface which avoids damaging the skins during the processing. The drainage is done by two remote controlled hydraulic valves.
