The largest structure characteristics is the 700mm ironing(embossing) roller surrounded by three small rollers to form a complete leather heating and pressing space, the three pressure rollers can adopt pneumatic pressure with 0-6kg/cm2 and the front and behind pressure roller can adopt hydraulic pressure with 0-150kg/cm2 ,the effect is better than the machine with one roller or embossing roller

The unique structure of machine can produce the perfect leather , the three pressure rollers can adopt one-point ,two-point or different combinations to pressurize, the machine can be applied to all kinds of leather surface characteristics and requirements ,such as bag leather and clothing leather with lower temperature and lower pressure to press ,it appear natural and smooth leather surface pores and there are no loose surface and leather surface brightness deviation ,however, the shoe upper leather with high temperature and different combinations to press it can make leather shining and no glare.

The machine is used for embossing ,the lower part has more perfect ironing function than traditional ironing machine ,the new machine can be used for ironing and embossing by sand roller ,the super mirror surface of ironing roller can make the surface of leather shinning and improve the quality

Three different functions of delivering leather belt and pneumatic automatic adjusting, deviation adjusting function is sensitive and reliable ,make the leather after stretching tin to the ironing zone ,fur is not easy to wrinkle ,improve the yield of leather

8.frequency conversion stepless speed regulation

Each conveyor belt adopt frequency conversion stepless pseed regulation and have inverter heat radiating device , automatically display the speed of conveyor belt ,a clear reflection of the speed difference ,conducive to the realization of leather wrinkle free press
