Machine structure:
- Three or four coating rollers for different purposes are equipped on the automatic pneumatic roller bridge.
- Two blade controlled by pneumatic device, automatically advancing and retreating. The pressure
between the blade and roller is adjustable. An automatic axial movement device controls the
carrier with adjustable swing frequency for effectively mixing chemical.
- Rubber roller diameter 240mm with softness 50 S.H. provides a perfect working surface.
- Rollers are directly driven by gears, which effectively avoid vibration.
- Height-adjustable carrying rollers are respectively installed in the front and back of the coating
roller, which, according to different leather, can change the wrap angle
between leather and coating roller so as to increase contact surface.
- Working (coating) thickness of the machine can be digitally adjusted with digital display on the
control panel (precision 1/100mm). Also with the help of manual adjusting hand wheel, the
parallelism between coating roller and rubber roller can be directly and very easily adjusted
