INSTRUCTION
l This kind of machine make up with two layer , feed the leather from bottom layer take out from up layer
l The machine make up: dry oven ,conveyor , heating unit , dehumidify unit, electric control and so on
MACHINERY STRUCTURE
l Channel for dry
The complete channel make up by international standard board steel weld with international standard no.5# angle iron.
The complete heater board as high quality world wide mineral wool board ensures the long time high temperature.
The compete heater board install in flushbonading type, with top stronger and easy to separate and remove.
l Conveyor unit
The complete conveyor make up by drive unit, step chain, trace, hangers and so on
1) Drive unit : front(back)lengthways pick up air cylinder , front(back)crosswise feed the leather air cylinder
2)step chain: high quality domestic brand chain
3)track: board steel by 3mm thickness
4)hanger: round tubeφ32×2.5mm,outside coating the plastic power, anti rust and corrosion resistance
l Heating unit
The energy as the steam ,it running in the completely hot recycle unit by radiator and blower . two meter for one unit, each unit including two heating unit .
l Dehumidify unit
The whole unit with 6 sets blower , fix on the top of machine
l Electric control
It including drive control , heating fan control , temperature control and humidity control .
