This Milling and Beveling Machine applies the roll-beveling principle to cut the steel plate edge side according to the given angle, so that it can get the bevel for the welding. The beveling size is correct, the beveling surface is smooth, also can get the shape for one time, no need to clean the burr, which has the good character as easy operation, high efficiency (3m per minute) and lower consume, and the other excellence.
1. The beveling machine is adopted with the milling principle to mill the angle for the edge of the steel plate, and to get the groove for welding.
2. The machine is accurate in size, bright and smooth in surface, and is formed once.
3. There is no need of de-burring.
4. convenient in operation, very high in working efficiency (three meters per minute) and low in energy consumption.
It is an ideal angle machine for beveling of Q235 carbon steel plates,16Mn (low alloy steel plates) and stainless steel plates.
