Product Description
Scraping conveyor roller, includes dam board ,set screw,sealed ring, axle sleeve, axle and cylinder body. Near the shaft axis of the body, at the end of the shaft axis neck, symmetrical equipped with shaft sleeve, bearing suits in the collar of peripheral; Near the shaft sleeve on the shaft journal, equipped with sealing ring, a transverse baffle, close to the cylinder body and bearing press on the sealing ring, a number greater than or equal to 1 set screws, become an organic whole repeatedly the baffle and the cylinder body. This tail roller has long service life and great popularization value, because of it’s large bearing capacity, impact resistance, simple structure, easy maintenance, and it can apply to water, dust working environment. The thickest roller diameter is 250mm, the length is 500mm,and single weight is 69kgs. Simple structure,and easy installment can prevent chain phenomenon effectively.
