Controller supplementary explanation

Functional Description

1. This product can automatic identification all sorts of different soil, according to the characteristics of all kinds of soil controlling the value of moisture range between 65% and 95%.

2. It takes infiltration water type method. It watering 30 seconds and infiltration 2 minutes and then detecting the moisture of soil. If the water is not enough, repeat the processuntil soil humidity to set standards.

3. Automatic filling water

If two days without water, the system automatically detect the soil, if lack of humidity, the automatic watering again.

4. Water too much to be automatic protection

5. Manual testing. If either probe of the sensor suspends,the controller should send a piece of acoustic alarm persistently. Otherwise, there is no alarm.

l        Check whether the controller is broken down. Check controller function is normal or not

l        Check whether the sensor is broken down.

If both probe of the sensor short circuit, alarm persistently, you should check whether the probe surface oxidation seriously, and you can use emery cloth polishing it. Otherwise, there is no alarm. If still alarm, you should do the following check :

Whether the sensor plug is put in place. Whether the Sensor attachment is open circuit. Whether the plug of sensor is damaged.

Generally, sensor probe surface oxidation in normal use has not effect.

l        Check whether the Water pump and solenoid valves is broken down.

If either probe of the sensor suspends,the controller turns to the state of  testing. At this time the pump should be running, solenoid valve should be watering.

Check the adjustable head drop working condition.

In the test condition, drops water head should be normal watering. Otherwise, proved it is damaged.

If some drops water heads do not watering. You can check whether be jammed.

l        Check the whole system working state

In the test condition, you can check whether the whole system working conditions is abnormal.

Note:

1. 1.      First turn on the controller, it will automatically detection the type of the soil, it may be repeated watering above 5 times, this is normal.
2. 2.      Once the system starts up, please do not take off the power frequently. Because the power reset of the system means the controller will detection the type of the soil again.
