Induction bearing heater, mainly used in metallurgy, railway, oil field, mechanical, electrical and other a lot of enterprises manufacturing and maintenance machinery in the process need to be sleeved bearings, couplings, gears, bushings and other annular shaped hole part induction heating.
Induction bearing heater by electromagnetic induction principle, will be thermally processed workpiece for secondary coil, when electricity is heating the workpiece under the action of electromagnetic induction current, from the inside and surface generated thermal expansion, which meet the needs of fit.
1, Connect the power (220V/380V) and instrument lights on.
2, Instructions in accordance with the instrument temperature, press“∧”or“∨”Set the heating to the desired temperature,Then Press"START"to Start,press"STOP"to stop.
3, Indicated by the instrument time,press “∧”or“∨”Set the heating time required,press the "START", and start the heating. Press the "STOP" to stop.
4, According to the work piece diameter select heating yoke, the work piece is heated sleeve on the yoke (or set the pole), the yoke on the transformer two pillars end face and pressed activities of yoke. (Note: in the column end face of the to wipe butter.)
5, Sensor sucked into the work piece, press the "START", and start the heating. Press the "STOP" to stop.
6, When the set heating temperature (time) reaches the set value, the machine automatically stops working.
7, Remove the work piece after the end of the installation.
