Stainless Steel Round Spraying Air Atomized Nozzles
Air atomizing nozzle principle:
Through compressed air and water (other liquid) mixed to produce the atomized particles.
Method of use:
1. One side be marked with " LIQUID " be connected with water ; and the another side
marked with " AIR " be connected with compressed air ;
2.Generally the compressed air pressure at 1 bar to 5 bar , and water pressure at 1 bar to 5 bar ;
3.If the the compressed air pressure is greater than the water pressure about 0.5 bar to 1 bar , it's
will create a perfect spraying effection ;
4.The needle valve can adjust the size of the spraying flow rate .
Applications of the two pattern
1.Sipon pattern air atomizing nozzles :
No need the water pressure , just need 2 KG compressed air pressure could create a perfect effection ;
Often the Sipon nozzle has a smaller flow rate than pressure one ;
At present , just the flat fan air atomizing nozzles and the round air atomizing nozzles using the Sipon pattern .
2.Pressure pattern air atomizing nozzles :
a.Air atomizing nozzles with single round hole ,
Can creating aprox 30 degree circle spraying pattern , spraying distance can reach 4-6 metre , be very suitable for the long distance and narrow angle conditions ;
When reduce the spraying distance via the needle valve , you can using it for spraying
Lubricants and Anti-rust agent ;
b.Flat fan air atomizing nozzles ,
Spraying the finest fog particles from all type of the air atomizing nozzles ;
It's a good way to keep the removable paper plat moisturizing, and be widely used in the additive field ;
c. Wide angle air atomizing nozzles six holes ,
Spraying angle could reach to 80 degree , one nozzle could covering 6 -10 square area;
Often be used in the large space Removing dust , Cooling, Humidification , or removing the peculiar smell .
d.External mixed flat fan air atomizing nozzles ,
Be used for the liquid easy caused clogging or for the liquid with viscosity .
