Gear Oil Pump

KCB gear oil pump is the horizontal-type rotary pump, mainly has compositions and so on pump body, gear, bearing seat, safety valve, bearing and packing assembly, the structure simple compact, the use maintenance is convenient, the pump has the good self-absorption, before each time the pumping, does not need to pour into the liquid, pump′ s lubrication is achieves automatically depending on transportation′ s liquid, when routine work does not need to add separately the lubricant. This pump is suitable for the transportation not including the solid particle and the textile fiber, non-corrosiveness, does not have volatilizes, the temperature not to be higher than highly 70°C, the viscosity is the 5~1500cst lubricating oil or nature similar lubricating oil other liquids. If must be thermostable, uses for parts the thermostable material then, the application temperature does not surpass 200°C.   

 

Applicable for oil depots, quays, ships, factories, farms and mines etc. to handle non-corrosive lubricant, heavy oil ,industrial light oil, cooking oil and so on .
