3150 Fixed tank washing nozzles
Design feature:
The 3150 fixed tank washing nozzle and the 15498 keg washing nozzle are low capacity stationary tank washing nozzle that effectively clean the interior of small distribution or process vessels. Both nozzles feature multiple spray orifices that can spray serveral patterns and coverage for efficient tank cleaning. Strategic placement of these nozzles in tanks and vessels can maximize tank cleaning efforts.
The 3150 and the 15498 tank washing nozzles are available in choice of 15 to 21 full cone spray tips. Both nozzles operate at pressures up to 150 psi (10 bar).
The 3150 fixed tank washing nozzle is constructed of brass, 303 stainless steel, or 316 stainless steel.
The 3150 fixed tank washing nozzle features a maximum spray head diameter of 1-5/8"(41mm) with a 3/4"(19mm) neck to allow drainage during washing.
