BX series hollow cone spray nozzle
Design feature:
Standard whirljet hollow cone spray nozzle features a hollow cone spray pattern with a ring- shaped impact area. They produce a uniform distribution of small- to medium- sized drops over a wide range of flow rates and pressures.
Whirljet hollow cone spray nozzle are ideal for applications requiring good atomization of liquids at lower pressures or when quick heat transfer or effective airborne droplet impingement is required.
Whirljet hollow cone spray nozzle also feature large and unobstructed flow passages, which minimize or eliminate clogging.
Model A and B whirl jet hollow cone spray nozzle have removable caps and the original design whirl jet whirlchamber.
Model AX and BX whirl jet hollow cone spray nozzle features the same uniform spray distribution and two-piece construction as the A and B series plus a slope- bottom design which reduces the " drilling effect" of the fluid vortex in the whirlchamber.
