Standard one-piece cast-type whirl jet spray nozzles feature a hollow cone spray pattern with a ring-shaped impact area of 59° to 84° .
They produce a uniform distribution of medium - to large-sized drops over a wide range of pressures and flow rates.
These whirl jet spray nozzle produce finer atomization than other types of nozzles operating at the same flow rate and pressure, making them effective for quick heat transfer or effective airborne droplet impingement.
