Design for in-tank applications,tank mixing eductors provide improved solution circulation and agitation by preventing particulates from settling in the bottom of the tank. This enhances filtration system performance and enables the use of smaller pumps to circulate large volumes of tank solution. Tank mixing eductors are ideal for anodizing, mixing, phosphating, plating, rinsing, and stripping applications.
Design feature:
Tank mixing eductor nozzle increases circulation rates of small pumps by a 4:1 ratio. Capable of circulating large volumes of liquid, the eductor nozzle prevents settling as agitation assures uniform mixture of chemical solutions. It's constructed of cast 316 stainless steel or fiber-carbon-reinforced polypropylene for excellent chemical and heat resistance(194°F,90°C). 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", 3/4", and 1" threaded connections are available.
