Welding power

The welding power comes from the spring. It is easily to control the welding pressure, more over ten times than the traditional hopper.  

Feeding system

The cross wire feeding is automatic and driven by step motor, which makes the cross wire falling and mesh aperture size more accurate.

Cross wire feeding: Firstly, the coil wires are straighten and cut into fixed length by automatic straightening and cutting machine, which become cross wire. Then worker put the cross wires into wire hopper. Wire hopper under the control of air pump, air pressure control cross wire automatic falling one by one.

Line wire feeding: line wires are the same to cross wires, firstly use straightening cutting machine to straighten and cut coil wire into fixed length. Then workers let the warp wires through the hole, the welding begin.

Controlling system
