Wire for panel,which adopts high quality low carbon hot-dipped galvanized steel wire with tensile strength above 450N to 500N.
Welding equipment adopts the most advanced domestic automatic welding machine.The equipment adopts synchronous control technology;points in welding and welding time control are controlled by PLC digital programming system with touch screen input panel makes operation more intelligent.

Fencing Produce Process: Wire Drawing → Wire Straightening & Wire Cutting → Welding → Electric Galvanizing/Hot-dipped Galvanizing → Parkerizing → PVC Coating /Spraying → Packing → Loading
Fence Post Produce Process:Raw Material → Cutting → Hole Drilling → Electro Galvanizing/Hot-dipped Galvanizing → Sandblasting → PVC Coating/Spraying → Packing → Loading
Four layers surface coating treatment:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2 Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;
3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;
