Green galvanized powder coated double wire mesh/2d wire fence panel/double welded wire mesh fence
Double wire mesh adopts high quality hot dipped galvanized steel wire as raw material.It is composed of a vertical wrie and two horizotal wire welded together,which makes the double wire fence more sturdy than single wire fence.Wire diameter of 8mmx2+5mmx1;5mmx2+6mmx1,the diameter of wire is thick,which make the overall structure very strong.
1. Base Material:
Wire for panel adopts high quality low carbon hot-dipped galvanizd steel wire with 60g to 80g zinc coat,tensile strength above 450N to 500N.
About Post
Secure-Nett post uses hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet as raw material with zinc coat 80g-120g per square meter,which is strong corrosion resistance,good surface quality,uniform galvanized layer and conductive to processing.

2.Technology Procedure
Four layers surface coating treatment:
1. Hot-dip galvanizing: Extra protection against rust, corrosion;
2 Zinc phosphate: Promote the adhesion between the steel and coating film;
3. Zinc-rich epoxy powder coat: Providing long-lasting, anti-impaction and anti-corrosion;
4. Polyester color coat: With extra anti-UV rays, corrosion and self-cleaning
