The management of company use the Japanese 5S management and TPM management, and passed the ISO9001(2000) quality management system certification in 2004, also use ISO 9001 quality management mode to make productionprocess, quality management standardized.

The total assets of our company is 20 million RMB,
the production equipment: 1 set 5 T cupola,3 T furnace and 0.5T furnace each, 3 resin sand production lines,and several sets other auxiliary production equipments .
Machining equipment: 5 sets CNC lathe, 20 sets common machine tools.
Testing equipment: Germany spectrometer 2 sets, CMM1 set, digital metallographic microscope, sand analysis detection system, universal tensile testing machine, and silicon carbon furnace front analyzer, fineness measuring instrument and hardness tester and other more than 10 kinds of testing equipments.
