PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR CLAY DECORATIVE TILES :-

 

COLLECTION OF RAW MATERIALS :- At the First stepof Produciton iscollectionof Raw Materials and Storage.  So By Converyor belt system theraw materials brings into Factory.  

 

CLEANING OF RAW CLAY :-  Second Stage starts with Removal of Stones & Foreign Particles from Raw Materials

 

GRINDING OF CLAY & MIXING :- Third Stage starts with Grindingof Clay Stones & Mixing Of Water with clay in different squares of lands with some distance.  Every Square is filled with clay powder and Water total 16 Squares are made in Big Area.

 

Once the Clay isclean and Water is being absorbed and The Clay Will become like Cake.

 

Storageof Clay Cackes :-  Fourth Stage comes to Storage of Clay Cackes which are preserved under roof tiles and storage capacity for longer time.  If the Clay Cake Is old,  the Strength of clay is stronger and smooth.

 

Power Press [Moulding Process] :- Then this Clay Cakes comes for MOULDING & Power Press is used for this process.

This Power Press is run on Electric motor and Two Labours can Operate this machine. 

 

After 15 Days of Moulding each and every tiles are Kept on Single Stalls for Sun Light to Dry The water.  Excess water is being dry by Sun Light.

 

FOUNDRY :-  Then These Dry Tiles are Being removed with excess materials and finishing touch is given to tiles.  So After these the tilesfinally be ready for foundry for Fire.  Then at a Time 2000 Pcs. are put on Fire for one week.  There are different Cabins in Foundry so as soon as 2000 Pcs. capacity is done it is expanded.    

 

After This Stage, TheTiles goes into handsofQuality Checking Department which examines the Quality.

 

After Quality Checking it is stored in Open Spaces for Final Loading into Trucks or Containers.
