Introduce for TQSX125 rice de-stoner:
TQSX De-stoner separates stones and heavy impurities from rice utilizing bulk density difference. It is mainly used to separate the heavy impurities such as stone, mud and etc from rice, wheat, and other grains. And it is based on different gravities between grains and grain-sized stones.

Characteristics for TQSX100 rice de-stone machine:
1.High stone-removing efficiency; with shutter sieve, it is more suitable for some grain processing plants where therer are more stones content in raw grain.
2.The inclination of shutter sieve varies from 100 to 400 depending on the different feedstock to attain the best processing effect.
3.With external fan, full sealed machine, and no dust outside machine, thereby gaining the end of environmental protection.
4.Adopt reciprocating mechanism with rubber bearing, less vibrating, low noise.
5.Adopt self-aliging bearing with looseness prevvention device so as to make mechanical property more steady.
