KAITAIN Low Pressure Screw Air Compressors (KAITAIN 50 Hz 0.3 MPa & 0.5 MPa series)

When the air pressure ranges from 0.2 MPa to 0.5 MPa, the conventional 0.7 MPa air compressor will waste substantial unnecessary power. If a low-pressure screw air compressor works under the same engine power, it can realize a significant increase in the production volume of compressed air, while saving 20% to 50% of power consumption.
If the actual pressure in use is 0.3 MPa or 0.5 MPa but you purchase a 0.7 MPa compressor, the working process in general is summarized as below. The screw air compressor first compresses the air to 0.7 MPa, and then the pressure is reduced to 0.3 MPa or 0.5 MPa through the pressure reducing valve and other means. In other words, the desirable pressure of 0.3 MPa or 0.5 MPa is derived from the power consumption of the 0.7 MPa compressor.
This can also proven by displacement: A 0.7 MPa screw air compressor with a power consumption of 132 kW requires a displacement of 24 m3/min. In comparison, KAITAIN 0.3 MPa series Screw Air Compressors (or KAITAIN 0.5 MPa series) with a power consumption of 132 kW has a displacement exceeding 37 m3/min (or 30m3/min under 0.5 MPa series). This cuts your electricity bill and enables you to recover your investment in less than a year.
Based on the pressure required by our users, subject to automatic adjustments of inner pressure, our compressor can maintain the best energy efficiency within the discharge pressure range of 0.2 MPa to 0.5 MPa.
Forced lubrication through oil pumps will cause extremely low discharge pressure, thus ensuring sufficient oil injection volume and the best proportion between oil and gas.
