KJ210 Full Hydraulic Tunneling Drilling Rig
KJ210 hydraulic tunneling drilling rig is suitable for hard rock drivage working in middle and small section tunnels. The area of tunnel’s section is 15m² (4.2m wide * 3.6m high), which is suitable for any angle and position in this section for construction requirements.
1. The drilling rig is equipped with a support frame, and keeps steady by front leg at work, to ensure that the operation is stable and reliable;
2. The drilling rig hydraulic system is with a perfect protection device: the rock drill will automatically be stopped after finishing; with an anti-clamping protection device; with a alarm protection device for low oil level, high oil temperature, the filter blockage and other various fault;
3. The control system is installed centrally for easy operation;
4. The drill boom is steady lifted, flexibly rotated and accurately posited to drill;
5. The structure of drilling rig is reasonable, and the maintenance parts are protected well, for easy to be maintained;
6. High-frequency impact rock drill adopts cascade piston to optimize efficiency of the shock wave transmission. Improve the drilling speed, and reduce the cost of drill tool and increase integrity rate of the equipment;
7. A series of automatic functions are helpful for driver to concentrate to drill safely, rapidly and accurately;
8. Reliable universal boom with the best shape of cross section covers, and propulsion beam turns 360º for drilling quickly and positioning easily;
9. To transfer transitions with optional and incremental diesel power station conveniently; diesel engine power station adopts modular design to assemble and disassemble conveniently.
