Mobile Stone Crusher Application
Jaw Crusher Toggle Plate is widely used in many industrys including Mining, Construction, Quarry, Ore, Stone, Chemical Industry, Metallury, Building Materials, Highway, Road and so on.
Jaw Crusher Toggle Plate is suitable for the primary or secondary crush of large rock with compressive resistance not more than 320MPa.
PE Jaw Crusher is used for primary crushing, and PEX jaw crusher is used for secondary and fine crushing.

Mobile Stone Crusher Working Principle
The motor drives the belts and the belt wheels, and make the movable jaw up and down by the eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes smaller, and the materials can be crushed; when the movable jaw rises, the angle between the fixed jaw and the movable jaw becomes bigger; and the movable jaw plate leaves from the fixed jaw by the function of the tension rod and the spring. And then the crushed materials are discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing cavity.

1. Jaw Plate and Side Plate
Jaw crusher have 1pc mobile jaw plate, 1pc fixed jaw plate, 2pcs side plate, when crushing material, this 4 parts directly touch and crush the raw material.
Our jaw plate and side plate is made of High Manganese steel Mn13Cr2, it is a high wear-resistance material, which can prolong the service life of the machine. In case of hard pebble stone, it can crusher 20000 tons stone.
2. Toggle Plate
The insurance switching board is made of special materials that break when it needs to be broken and do not break when it does not need to be broken.
3. Eccentric Shaft
Eccentric shaft after tempering is very durable.
Upgrading of large diameter shafts will be suitable for heavy duty crushing.
4.Casting Frame
Small and middle model jaw crusher adopt Heay-duty and thick durable design casting frame.
5.Welding Frame
Middle and big model jaw crusher adopt GB steel plate weld.
6. Main Shaft and Bearing
Main shaft through dynamic balance testing, our jaw crusher bearing is Swedish SKF bearing.
7.Spring
The high-strength spring adjusts the discharge size well.
8.Diesel Engine Jaw Crusher
