Working Principle of Diamond Crusher

1.In the hammer crusher machine,the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed through the belt,and on the rotor there are series of hammers. 

2.When the materials get into the working area of hammers,the rotating hammers with high rotation speed are crushing them.

3.The crushed products meeting the required size can be discharged by the outlet and become the final products.

4.The large size products are brought back to the crushing area by the hammers for being re-crushed until they reached the required size.

1: 30% of the total amount shall be paid by T/T as deposit ,balance have to be paid by TT or L/C before delivery.

 INSTALLATION :

 If required, one or more engineer/engineers will be sent to guide the installation and commissioning of machines; the buyer shall prepare the materials and tools needed,and offer necessary assistance.The actual expenses include accommodation, meal and traveling fee of the engineer,and insurance also should be paid by the buyer. Every engineer should be paid 100 USD per day.

 WARRANTY :

100% brand new when leaving the factory. The seller guarantee the quality of the machine (excluding wearing parts) for a period of one year from the date of trial run but not exceed 15 months from the date on which machine shipped out of the factory.
