The three section blade provides an efficient discharge angle.
The flushing device, an innovative front taper and ball-crown connecting structure are installed at the rear taper, in order to clear stagnant aggregate from the dead space, and to prevent aggregate from piling up at front and rear tapers. Due to this, the residual rate at the discharge port declines to 0.4%.

32 Units of Sany Equipment Supports the Construction of Merowe Dam in Sudan
The Merowe Dam, with a contract value of 650 million USD, was the largest oversea water conservancy & hydroelectric project contracted by a Chinese company.
In the construction of 2C and 2A sections, the technology of slope protection with concrete extruding side-wall was adopted to build the concrete facing rock-fill dam, reaching 601 kilometers.
A total of 32 Sany equipment participated in the construction, including 12 trailer-mounted concrete pumps, 12 truck mixers, 4 concrete placing booms, 2 truck-mounted concrete pumps and 2 concrete batching plants.
All the Sany machines have successfully completed their construction task. In course of the closure construction, Sany truck pumps and trailer pumps worked continuously without any failure for a long period of time. The high quality and good performance of Sany products were highly praised by the customer.
