Superstructure 

1.Floor and extended side plate:

Compound four layer technology, bottom use 3mm cold rolled steel plate, middle is 4cm flame retardant foam,

 liner is three-ply board and attached carpet.The internal frame is 40mm*30mm square pipe.

2.Van box body:

Compound three layer technology,exterior trimming is 1mm color plate(surface smoothness , Paint anti-corrosion, can stick placards), middle is 4cm flame retardant foam, inner is 1mm color plate.

3.Extensional stage:

Compound four layer technology,bottom use 3mm cold rolled steel plate, middle is 4cm flame retardant foam, 

liner is three-ply board and attached carpet.The internal frame is 40mm*30mm square pipe.

Weld the the lifting outrigger at the bottom to make it stable and can be adjusted according to ground station.

4.Hydraulic Cylinder

The diameter of hydraulic cylinder at the bottom van box is 80cm, internal is 100cm, side is 60cm

5.Stheno-sage

Ther are repellent at the top surface. Weld u-bar at the joint between the expanding side plat and top plate to anti-seep.

6.Reinforcement treatment

Weld u-bar at the joint between the expanding side plat and top plate to reinforce and equipped with lock-pin device to reinforce the van box body to ensure safe transportation.
