Stringing Equipment 3 Ton Portable Gasoline Engine Powered Winch
Application
3 Ton Cable Drum Winch Hoist With Gasoline Engine is used for tower erection,pole setting,stringing wire in electrical power line construction.
Winch can be modified as per requirement, such as changing curve capstan into straight even cylindrical shape and coming with steel rope.
Brake
there are two kinds of brake installment in the machine-the auto clamp-brake and the clutch-drived chain brake.Both of them can play the brake function in clockwise and reverse-clockwise directions.
Hand installment
if the prime motor doesn’t work well during the working process, you can use the hand installment to help you complete the job.
Lubrication
using the gasoline to lubricate the gearbox and using the butter to lubricate the outside bearing.
Operation methods
1:before turning on the machine,you must turn on the clutch first and put the racker for crosspiece-changing in the zero position
2:when moving the crosspiece,you should be quick.Otherwise the brake won’t work well.when turning on the machine,you shouldn’t work too fiercly
3:when changing the crosspiece position,you must turn on the clutch.Otherwise the gear will be damaged.After that,you should check whether the changing job is well done.Make sure you haven’t changed two crosspieces in one time.
4:If there is any difficulty during the process of changing crosspiece position,you shouldn’t try to complete the job forcrfully.Instead you should use the hand installment to help you complete the job.Concrete procedure:using the spanner to move the hand installment to a position with a certain angle,then you can change the crosspiece position smoothly.
